This 3-bedroom house has everything you need for your production and has a big space for event! The unit comes with free parking. you can enjoy using a convenient indoor fireplace that you can use for photoshoot and small gatherings! House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, to cover cleaning costs.
