About the Space

The location is a little over 15 acres in East Tennessee. It is located in the historic Pressmen's Home area where once stood a 36 bedroom 8 car garage castle which was the largest home in Tennessee before being burnt to the ground. The area has an old Barn, a cemetery, an old grain silo, as well as an abandoned 2 story house on the property. The property over looks a valley in between low level mountains where once was a golf course for the self sustain and contained Pressmen's Home which was home the International Pressmen's Union in the early 1900s. It is a gorgeous location with numerous locations on the property for outdoor scenes in nature or utilizing the abandoned existing structures. The views of the valley in the background from the property are amazing. The surrounding area is filled with relics of Pressmen's Home past from still standing buildings to burnt down structures over grown and decayed. The property itself has old rock stairs and rock walls from previous use. The entire area has a magical feel to it which might have contributed to people believing the area had healing properties that lead to its settlement initially.
