Located near Nobu Malibu and the Carbon Beach / Billionaire’s Beach area, Club Malibu brings together four professional recording studios, two livestream stations, lounge and entertainment areas, outdoor spaces, and a performance stage in one unique Malibu location. 🎙️ FOUR RECORDING STUDIOS Choose from four professionally equipped studios ranging from 300 to 1,000 sq. ft.: • Studio A — 1,000 sq. ft. — $85/hr • Studio B — 300 sq. ft. — $75/hr • Studio C — 500 sq. ft. — $65/hr • Studio D — 300 sq. ft. — $55/hr All studio bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Studios are ideal for recording sessions, artist camps, vocal sessions, producers, songwriting, collaborations, content creation, and creative projects. 📡 LIVESTREAM & CONTENT CREATION Two dedicated livestream areas are available for Twitch, Kick, YouTube, podcasts, interviews, reaction shows, IRL streaming, live performances, social content, creator collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content. 🎬 PHOTO, VIDEO & PRODUCTION Multiple environments throughout the property provide opportunities for music videos, photo shoots, branded content, social-media campaigns, interviews, film productions, promotional shoots, and behind-the-scenes content. 🎤 EVENTS & PERFORMANCES The property includes a performance stage and outdoor event areas suitable for artist showcases, listening parties, album and release events, private celebrations, industry mixers, brand activations, creator events, live performances, and corporate/private gatherings. 🎱 LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy multiple lounge and entertainment areas, including 2 pool tables and additional spaces for relaxing, networking, entertaining, and creating content.
