About the Space
Whether private dinner, design showroom, salon, cookbook photoshoot, or gathering for no occasion. Conceived by Arley Marks with Sarah Meyohas, and designed by Jonathan Mosca. Situated on the entire third floor of a historic building dating to 1894, 102 Franklin is surrounded by the city’s top restaurants, shops, and newest gallery district downtown. 102 Franklin is equipped with a professional chef’s kitchen, an open floor plan, and artisan Venetian plaster finishes. Our Venue is perfectly situated to be used as a base camp or holding area for film or fashion shoots in the Tribeca neighborhood. We offer full service catering with our in house team of talented chef's and beverage professionals. Additional rentals, beverages, and catering services are available upon request.

We approached Arley with quite a last minute request to book his gorgeous space for one of our immersive multisensory experiences with our corporate client from overseas. Not only is the space absolutely wonderful, Arley is an incredible host. Responsive, creative and helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us and providing us with support wherever we needed it. We were also in a pinch where one of our team members had a family emergency the day of the experience and Arley helped us with finding someone for our team who was also incredible. Overall, our clients had a wonderful time and we would love to host at this space again. Moreover, the space has so many possibilities. It is elegant, versatile, and beautifully/thoughtfully designed. It has a wonderful chef's kitchen and the art touches throughout are lovely. We also loved the vintage elevator! Thank you so much!
