About the Space

We have a beautiful custom build in a small court; the front of the home is a traditional arts/crafts style while the back shows as a 2 storey industrial brick home with with 2 large windows (7ft by 11ft). The open concept of the home allows for the easy setup for cameras and equipment while an adjacent room is being filmed. The modern appliances (Wolf/Sub Zero) and custom cabinetry of kitchen show well in any situation. The house is on a very large pie shaped lot and the backyard gives opportunity for additional scenes, summer with a cute white picket fence garden and pizza oven or winter with a fire pit and traditional Canadian ice hockey rink (30 ft by 60 ft). In closing the large property and the open concept inside allow for the easy storage of equipment and the ability to shoot a scene from multiple angles with multiple themes.

We rented this home for a large production, and it was absolutely beautiful, perfectly maintained with great natural light and amazing spaces to shoot in. The homeowners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the entire process, making everything smooth for our team. Highly recommend this place, especially for productions. Would love to work here again!
