Brand new pool area with large waterfall, 6 person jacuzzi, gas fire pit, outdoor kitchen area with gas grill with four seat bar and dining table. Beautifully landscaped with colorful flowers. An amazingly lush and tropical looking gem in the valley. The rate that is shown is based on a still photo shoot, shooting exteriors only with a crew/talent size of 15 or less with a minimum 6 hour day. Additional fees include Site Rep at $500 and property manager at $750. Please inquire for rates on larger impact jobs and include and the following details about your project.
