About the Space
Perfect for Police Scenes, Period Pieces, and Industrial Scenes! We have a factory and Office that were built in 1952 and have been continuously used and updated since then. Our office has an old world feel to it that is perfect for anyone producing period pieces or looking for scenes in a Police Department, Newspaper Office, Political Office, or 50's - 80's office scenes. Our factory is a alloying facility where we produce over 3000 different products supplying Industrial customers around the world. For scenes requiring a warehouse/industrial look, or a loading dock. This location would be perfect. We offer reduced pricing for Weekend/Nightime productions. We will respond to any inquiries with a Custom price tailored to your Production needs!

THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING! Michael as a host is very understanding of film and the struggles that come with it. He is very willing to accommodate different budgets and price ranges which helped so much on my set. The building staff that helped us throughout the shoot dates were very friendly and willing to help out in any way they could. The location itself is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a police or workspace look for your film, THIS IS THE PLACE. Not only does it have lots of room to move around, it has a lot of pre established production design. With everything on location being moveable, working power everywhere, and multipe shooting rooms, this place is nothing short of spectacular. If you made it to the end of my review, im guessing you're heavely concidering this location, I think you have your answer. Book it!
