The Space     •    Front Exterior & Entrance: A welcoming, street-level entrance on the ground floor, perfect for easy access and setup.     •    Main Dining Area: A modern and chic space with a stylish pink-accented aesthetic, marble tabletops, and an intimate bar area, creating the perfect setting for food-centric shoots and upscale dining scenes.     •    The Hallway Experience: As you move towards the back, a transition from New York to the tropics unfolds—wallpaper featuring city skyscrapers symbolizes the owner’s New York roots, leading into a warm, lush environment inspired by Trinidad.     •    The Blush Pavilion (Backyard Space): A tropical paradise in the summer and a tented, cozy escape in the winter, this backyard transforms based on the season.
