About the Space

This ranch style house was built in 1952 and has all the original character but with an updated pink exterior and lots of fun quirky interior details throughout. It is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a galley style kitchen, dining, and living room. Spacious front and back yard as this house is on a corner lot. The front yard is huge with lush florals/greenery and a white picket fence. There is a grapefruit and fig tree in the front yard. There is a front porch with two chairs and table. The house is Barbie pink with gun metal grey and white details. 1950s starbursts adorn the front door and mailbox. Enter into the house and to the left is a laundry room painted mint green. Then head into the RETRO!!! style kitchen! A TRUE DREAM COME TRUE! Black and white checkerboard floors with white cabinetry adorning chevron pulls. A real working 1953 O Keefe and Merritt stove ties the kitchen together but don't forget about the retro-inspired purple and green backsplash with black liner tile! Lots of hidden gems throughout the upper shelving. A retro 1950s chrome/formica table for 2 sits below the beautiful bay window where you can see the side yard and fruitful lemon tree. Then, enter the dining room with a giant Atomic chandelier and vintage Heywood Wakefield table! This Heywood Wakefield table is original from the 1950s and is in pristine condition. A cover is kept on most of the time but can be removed easily. There is also a leaf that can be added to the table to expand it larger. Bay windows look out onto the backyard. Then swing through to the living room where you have the fireplace painted a gun metal grey. Lots of artwork and records throughout. A seafoam blue couch with fun pillows floats in the middle of the room. Large windows look out onto the backyard. Morning is when the sun shines bright into this part of the house. Now, go back towards the front of the house and you have a LIME GREEN powder room!! With Frank Zappa, skunks, and The Cramps. Because WHO WOULDN'T? Small space but it makes a statement. Lime green walls with black penny tile floor. Through the living room, you end up in a PINK POODLE BATHROOM!!! Pink and grey original tile from the 1950s with some updated atomic hardware and TONS AND TONS of cute poodles! Original tub and shower. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 more bathroom of the primary room. There is 1 office. In total, 3 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a drum kit, guitar, bass, and amps that can be used for your shoot. The backyard is HUGE (on a corner lot) with lots of retro furniture, ficus trees, bougainvillea, lemon tree, orange tree, fig tree, persimmon tree, pink heart shaped stepping stones, string lights….
