About the Space

a side-by-side Spanish style duplex right in the center of Los Angeles on the outskirts of Beverly Hills just south of the intersection of Pico and Robertson. I converted half of my home into a home based Pilates based physical therapy & alternative wellness healing center. I am looking to make extra income as a location for film and/or print work, as my home has a bunch of unique qualities that your clients might be looking for: • I am located right next to the alleyway and the Petco on Robertson and Saturn Street. As a result there is a large parking lot both next to and behind my house for crew and equipment to be stored during shoots. There is 2 hour parking on the Street as well from 8AM-6PM with restrictions on Monday and Tuesday for street cleaning. All night parking access • If you are looking for a scene where someone is getting a workout on Pilates Equipment or an office scene, massage scene or sauna scene, I can accommodate • I have a beautiful back yard with a gazebo and a deck • I can accommodate last minute requests Please look over the attached photos and see if they are good enough to add my space to your catalog.
