Nestled in the heart of West Linn, this enchanting 5.5 acre estate offers an ideal setting for photoshoots or video productions. Situated on sprawling grounds, our farm boasts lush greenery, mature trees, and picturesque landscapes that capture the essence of Oregon's natural beauty. The elegant architecture of the home features a grand staircase, wooden beams, large windows, a chef's kitchen, and cozy interiors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The exterior spaces are perfect for outdoor shoots, featuring a immaculately landscaped yard, featuring over 200 rose bushes, open fields, and natural backdrops that change with the seasons. Whether you're looking to capture the vibrant colors of spring, the golden hues of autumn, or the serene mood of winter, this location provides endless opportunities for stunning media production. The property also includes unique features like two classic red barns, multiple gardens, bocce court, orchard, greenhouse, and patio areas, offering versatile settings for a variety of shoot styles. With ample space and privacy, this location is perfect for everything from lifestyle shoots to fashion editorials, engagement photos, and more. IMPORTANT: There will be an extra $25/hr charge for photoshoots or media productions that take place inside the home. When booking please include this charge which is one of the "Add-Ons". We have small children that go to bed early so anything inside the home must wrap up by 6:45pm sharp. Parties, workshops, events, and anything else of that nature are exterior only (rental does not include use of the main house). However, you will have full use of the barn. Events and meetings require a $1000+ deposit (depending on the size of the event). Unused security deposits will be refunded by Giggster 48 hours after the end of the booking.
