There is house access for bathroom, shower, green room, and makeup room. The photo studio has heat and air conditioning as well as a wood burning stove (in addition to heating system). There is a sitting area, an equipment area, and the photo studio itself is painted in flat black paint. There is a backyard, and sideyards to the house. The photo studio is located in the backyard area so it is pretty private. access to the photo studio double door is directly from the driveway. doorway is approximately 6 feet wide. The photo studio has hard blackout window coverings for every window that can be attached and removed as desired. The photo studio itself is a large 1000sq ft rectangle. The house if booked to shoot in is additional square footage and depends on what part of the house is desired. Portions of the house are available for photo/film shooting for an additional fee.
