About the Space
Our facility is rich in Boricua cultural motif. Our multi-room facility is a 2,100 square foot venue of flexible space -- great for performing arts events, film industry, business meetings, and more. Facility rental includes: o two rooms with maple hardwood floors and mirrors * large room (1200 sqft, 30 x 40ft) * small room (400 sqft, 20 x 20ft) o a reception area (15 x 20ft) o high ceilings with bars to hang lights. o galley viewing area with oversized picture windows (40 x 5ft) o lush outdoor area under grandfather Pecan trees (as available). o Note: we do not have a kitchen. Rental includes tables, chairs, AV, and more, for use INSIDE the cultural center facility. Capacity depends on number of tables and chairs required for your event. Examples include: * 50+ (table-seated event) * 75+ (seated presentation) * 100+ (reception, semi-seated).

- Alcohol Requirements - Events serving alcohol must provide a TABC licensed bartender.
- Catering welcome. We do not have a kitchen.
- Decorations may not be hung with objects that create holes or leave sticky residue.
- Event insurance is required for all events; please include liquor liability insurance if alcohol will be served.
- Food, drink, and spills should be cleaned, and event trash should be collected and put in outside dumpsters at the end.
