ABOUT THE SPACE Built in 1855 and fully restored in 2017, the venue's second floor Performance Hall is New York State’s oldest surviving theater. With its large flat floor, magnificent floor to ceiling window panels and historic raked stage, there’s no limit to the different configurations possible in this unforgettable space. DIMENSIONS Flexible 4,000 square foot, rectangular main floor 26 foot ceiling height, with central historic oculus 600 square foot mezzanine for VIP seating, receptions, or technical crew use CAPACITY 100-250 guests for a seated dinner, 350 for a theater-style seated presentation or 500 for an open-plan cocktail event.
