An intimate studio & events location in Mid-Wilshire. We are a full service boutique photography studio, event space in the heart of Los Angeles on La Brea Ave. Private hair and makeup station Private Wardrobe area with 4 rolling racks, steamer Sound system with apple airplay High Speed Wi-Fi and charging stations Private client lounge area with HDTV 2 Large screen HD TVs for production and entertainment Slate grey full bathroom with shower 10’H x 14’W Roll up door with drive in capabilities 14′ vaulted ceilings 4 skylights 4’ x 8’ with blackout capability AC/Heat and security Floating counter space 128” by 54” Full Service Kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, full size oven, refrigerator, 4-burner cook top, (filtered water and Ice, microwave) Private gated parking for 10 cars Lot provides additional 2000 Square feet of space Event Booking Fees and Information Studio rate is based on the number of people attending the event. The hourly rates listed below are for up to a 12-hour day. Over 12 hours is overtime billed at time and a half. The studio rental rate includes the studio & outside patio. Rentals and/or equipment are not included in the hourly rental rate. These items can be rented separately. Events that fall on a Holiday will require an additional agreed upon fee. A refundable security deposit is required. The amount of this deposit will be based on the factors involved in your event. Event Rates are as follows: Up to 75 people = $200.00 per hour 76 to 125 people = $275.00 per hour 126 to 200 people = $350.00 per hour 201 to 250 people = $400.00 per hour Events also require a Cleaning/Site Rep Fee as follows: Up to 75 people requires a $250.00 fee. Up to 125 people requires a $350.00 fee. Over 125 people requires a $450.00 fee. When Renter is serving alcohol, security guards are required as follows: Up to 75 people requires 1 security guard 76 to 125 people requires 2-3 security guards. 126 to 200 people requires 4-5 security guards 200 to 250 people requires 5-6 security guards. Guards must be hired by Issue Studio and billed to Renter, at an agreed upon hourly rate. Please do not arrive with more people than what the rental agreement states. Any increase over the agreed upon number of guests will cause your event to be billed at the required rate noted above, depending on the final guest total.
