The house is built perfect for cooking shows, beauty shots, and food beauties, interviews, sitcoms, and video shoots. It has a controlled lighting system that remains constant no matter what time of the day or night. The house is perfect for living style beauty brand photography, and modeling photos. Anywhere you point the camera is a beautiful photo or background. It's perfect for any type of recording and great for Podcasts. There is literally little to no audio issues. I'm not in a flight path and audio noise is never an issue. Outside is not developed yet but good things are coming. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.
