About the Space

Our space is a 2 - story, turned event space and commercial kitchen with private rooftop deck. This is one of few event spaces that is 420 friendly in the DTLA area. The first level space comes fully equipped with a full commercial kitchen set up with commercial fridge, professional chef equipment, appliances and prep tables plus a lounge area that boasts beautiful high ceilings, High-End modern furnishings, artwork, light fixtures and plenty of greenery and plants. This area receives plenty of natural light during the day due its 4 large windows and at night with its beautiful chandelier that features smart bulbs that change to over 16 color variations to vibe up any event. The second story of the space can be used as lounge, dining or event space. The main inside lounge room opens up with a Juliet style balcony that over looks and extends through the large private rooftop deck where you can bring your party from inside out. The private rooftop deck is large enough to seat 30-40 guests for dinner, however if you set up dinning tables inside and out, you could seat up to 60 for a seated dinner upstairs. The rooms in the space can be used however you need, the furniture can be rearranged as necessary to fit the event and set up, we can also remove the furniture. Penthouse has a 1640 sq ft private patio, perfect to take the party outside this summer. The penthouse includes access to 2 full restrooms, 2 rooms/lounge rooms and kitchen. The kitchen counts with a center island countertop and prep tables to facilitate serving your guests. The building has a rooftop lounge as well, access to the lounge area is allowed, please be respectful of the tenants as this is a shared area. Please let me know if you would like to use that space as well. The Lounge area closes at 10 PM and is strictly off limits after hours. Your party must be contained to the penthouse and private rooftop patio withing the penthouse after midnight. Pay to park lots can be found within walking distance, as well as meter street parking. NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS - Rooftop can only be accessed through the stairs. Custom menu design, party rentals and full service event planning is available as an additional add on service fee. You will have access to use the following amenities: Projector and large projector screen, corn hole game, rooftop electric smoker, small table top fire pit, 2 propane patio warmers.
