At the center of the great room, you’ll find a large sunken conversation pit that can seat 20 with a custom chandelier light fixture overhead. The property also features a custom 20-ft dining table with built-in banquette seating, an outdoor kitchen with multiple dining areas, a dedicated game room, billiards table, and entertainment room with a bar / fridge that is separate from the main living area.
