About the Space

Bright, clean studio wonderful for movement, therapy, art and special events with a large projection wall for movie screenings. What we offer : 800 square feet of quiet, private, light filled, ada accessible, clean, tidy space with calming vibes, good energy and lovely appearance. Space can be used for events ranging from movement workshops, therapy, yoga classes, microcinema / movie screenings, shoe free dance parties, performances, staff day retreats, workshops and more. This versatile space has a relaxed professional appearance with two comfortable, well made and elegant arm chairs and a range of pillows. We offer our space to groups and individuals doing care work and good in the world. We rent our space by the day, not the hour, with a $290 minimum for times between 6am and 11pm. If you are interested in learning more, please drop us a line with a few words on what you'd like to use our space for. Our ideal renters are using the space without food or drinks, and interested in cultivating a long term relationship. Please see below for our sliding scale tiers. In our studio you will find a video projector, projection wall and sound system. Friendly, kind and responsive in person answers to all your of questions and make sure you have what you need for your events. Elevator building, multi stall bathrooms down the hall. Please note that sometimes on evenings after 7 pm and on weekends, elevator is only accessible through a key card, so please plan accordingly. Tenants in our building deal with this in various ways, there are many options. These include sending a door person to the lobby, or by having friends text them individually.
