About the Space

Character filled detached Edwardian House available for film and production projects. Located in west Toronto, Parkdale, corner lot on a street with a extra wide tree lined boulevard. Second and third floor of the house are available and offer two separate units, one bachelor unit and one three bedroom, two washroom unit. Also available are the front garden area, front porch and main entrance/hallway. Hallway areas are accented by a graffiti mural created by a local artist. Owners are willing to accommodate and will remain open to various proposals. These apartments are currently vacant and any decorating and minor modifications will be considered. Note that the owners will be making upgrades to each unit in the coming months but all interested shall be welcomed and access will remain flexible. Also, ongoing, improvements sill be made on the exterior and outdoor areas. Rental duration and fees shall vary with each use and remain negotiable.
