About the Space

Our 3000 sq ft 3 floor home is nestled in Patapsco valley away from neighbors and town. We have a combination of green fields and woods with trails of 32 acres. We have 3 we’ll kept ponds and Patapsco river runs through our front yard. From it the house has an exposed basement entrance with a living room wood stove 2 bedrooms bathroom and laundry room. Main floor has master bedroom bathroom kitchen half bath great room 10’ ceilings with partial vaulted open to hall balcony on the 3rd floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Great room has access to the deck that overlooks the valley ponds and river. South of the house there is a detached 1 car garage with wood stove
