About the Space
Six-story Beaux Arts-style building with Romanesque features. The ground floor featured large picture windows, with art-glass transoms above the lobby windows. The second floor exterior is of terra cotta scored to mimic blocks of stone, while the upper stories are sheathed in cream-colored pressed brick. The lobby still retains many original elements, such as ceiling decorations, columns, and arched doorways. The stained glass windows in the lobby feature old-fashioned scenes of banqueting, fine ladies, and music. Plenty of spaces to shoot that include the lobby, hotel rooms, rooftop and diner. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ an 8 hour day.
