RARE DOUBLE CUL-DE-SAC, PERFECT FOR FILMING AND PLENTY OF PARKING. Please note only the front yard and backyard are available for rent, not the house. Our gated home has a luscious palm tree lined front yard with a long driveway & ample space for parking. In addition to the long driveway there are 2 luscious grass areas on both sides of the driveway for filming or storing film equipment. Our well kept and beautifully landscaped backyard has a large covered patio with 2 ceiling fans. A unique pergola draped with vibrant bougainvillea flowers and hanging swings is on the second floor of the backyard. A built in barbecue, sink, and refrigerator is to the side of the house overlooking the large pool and jacuzzi. A good sized grass area also in the backyard.
