About the Space
Our brand new space was designed by and for photographers and filmmakers who love an Annie Leibowitz style aesthetic. Textured walls in earthy tones are paired with rustic, weathered furniture and set dressing to ensure an authentic feel that perfectly suits an editorial look without extra fuss. Enter through our 10'x12' roll up door into a 210 sq foot landing area with vintage amber wood tongue and groove paneling. The main shooting space is almost 700 sq feet of completely open space, unencumbered by walls or barriers. Light and shoot in any direction. Furniture and set dressing is designed to be interchangeable and moveable. A hallway off the main space will lead you to a private restroom and amenities area, and finally to a well-appointed hair and makeup area flooded with soft natural light, the coolest leopard print carpet you've ever seen and an Impressions vanity mirror for shoots after dark. Some guests may even want to shoot in our makeup room and you are welcome to do so. The space gets natural light only when the roll-up door is open. Otherwise it is dimly lit by overhead daylight balanced (CRI 95) tube house lights for accurate color rendering on camera. Please visit our rental catalog for lighting and grip options available to you. The space is not sound proof. If your shoot requires recording uninterrupted clean audio, please book after 5pm on weekdays or on weekends when it's extremely quiet. Sundays are the quietest. Ambient outside noise can also easily be removed using Descript AI. Please do not ask our neighbors to be quiet or interrupt their ability to do business. Please book enough time to accommodate for load in, shoot time and load out/ clean up. The end of your booking time denotes the expectation of tail-lights and if you have not vacated the space, OT will begin automatically & is billed at 1.5x the regular rate. It is your responsibility to leave on time without being asked. There will always be a representative on site in the private office or nearby if you have questions during your booking. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have forgotten something, need anything or just have questions about the space. We're happy to help if we're able. If you book on the weekend, please add on a site rep under add-ons.

This studio is simply fantastic! Spacious and thoughtfully designed, it offers a wide variety of angles for both photo and video shoots. The dressing room is super comfortable, and the staff — who are also the owners — are kind, helpful, and truly care about your experience. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and client-oriented. The atmosphere is warm and inspiring, and the parking is easy and convenient — which is a big plus in the city. I’ll definitely be coming back 100%! As a bonus, the lighting is exceptional — warm, real, and cinematic. It gives photos a unique, cozy feel that’s hard to replicate. Highly recommended.

Incredible blow-you-away space. The variety of backdrops is incredible. The full package: great props, beautiful light set ups, clean bathrooms, easy parking, fully curated artistic furniture pieces. Justine is the loveliest of hosts. A space full of inspiration.

This is my second time shooting a video here, and it was as equally amazing as the first. I'd highly recommend this multi-set space to anyone who wants to make the most of a full production day. Their other spaces are equally versatile and come with incredible props and sets to use. Justine was incredibly helpful and onsite to assist with anything we needed. She made the booking process and shoot a breeze. 5/5

Overall excellent service and Photo shooting experience, this is my third photoshoot at the studio and just wanted to say Justine is an excellent host, can't wait to go back, the studio itself is great along with parking and easy to get in and out as well, I would highly recommend this studio!
