Outside Production Space - 2 Acres - Film Production - Drone Photography - Videography - Photography Need a backlot for your next video/film production? A location that is very private, with both open fields and woods. Use one of our outdoor sets, or bring/build your own. This is for an outdoor rental of our property (we also have several indoor studio spaces available). No cleaning fee will be charged unless you leave the trash or damage any of the equipment, furniture, or props. We have a large parking lot and you can easily access the property with your equipment & trucks. Hourly rates are for standard business hours (M-F, 9 am - 5 pm). Weekend, evening and holiday rates are 1.5x those shown below. There is a 2 hour minimum for all rentals. All quotes will be custom, so just let us know what you need and we will work up a quote. Rates: 1-4 people - $35/hour 5-10 people - $45/hour 10-50 people - $55/hour
