Huge outdoor wooden workshop, workspace, fabrication space for that great artsy, outdoor vibe on a 10-acre desert property that abounds with Joshua trees, desert vegetation, and features amazing panoramic mountain, valley, rock quarry, wind farm, and city valley views. Feature films, TV shows, commercials, music videos, stills contemporary, western, period, automotive, science fiction. Internal and many external tracks/roads for action scenes, race scenes etc. (External may require permits) Accessible Hotels, service stations, restaurants, and support near. Depending on your inquiry you might be charged the rate below: - Large production (30+ people): $900 for a day (depends on the impact the production will have on the landscape).
