Outdoor space for rent at $125 per hour with a minimum 4 hours rental requirement. Rental area is large and prefect to celebrate a birthday party, a gender revealing party or baby shower, a graduation party, a champagne party, a small wedding or the wedding reception, a family reunion or just a party. Ample street parking. The yard can accommodate 8 to 9 round table for 50 to 75 people for safe with social distancing. There is enough space for a DJ setup and food setup.
