A nice private yard with a pool and plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a good weather in a beautiful tree lined street. This property has four bedrooms and three baths. The walkway leads you to a front covered porch and in the living space is a fireplace decorating the room. There is a formal dining room with access to the breakfast room. The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances and new flooring. All of the bedrooms are on the upper floor including a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet.
