About the Space
The 6-acre property is unassuming as you turn onto the dirt driveway from the IH-10 access road. The beauty quickly unfolds as you begin to see the sprawling 200 year old Live Oaks, the charming guest cabin, newly remodeled ranch-style house, and pool area with hot tub and outdoor bar. Pool Area: Massive pool (4'-10' deep), hot tub, outdoor bar area with large gas grill, small charcoal grill, bar, pergola, fire pits, and plenty of places to lounge. Play Barn: Complete with ping pong, darts, cornhole, and hook & ring. Volleyball and tether ball are set up outside of the barn. Live Oaks: Sprawling live oak trees, estimated to be over 200 years old are all over the property but concentrated in the back. Catch the breeze and some shade under the Oaks during the day, and continue enjoying the view at night once they light up.
