The home is available for outdoor use only, with a great outdoor dining area that overlooks the spectacular patio and sparkling pool/spa. The front yard is spacious and private, offering a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs and access to the back. The back yard boasts an outdoor pool cabana with private shower, bathroom, wine fridge and TV with streaming capabilities, making this compound perfect for entertaining, meetings and production. Street parking is available in addition to one parking spot in the driveway.
