Warm earth tones, lime washed walls, arched doorways, hand picked textures, and a tropical backyard that turns golden in late afternoon. Multiple distinct vignettes under one roof, no two corners alike. This is not a studio. It is a soulful, design forward home in a quiet residential pocket minutes from the Design District and Wynwood, built from the ground up to photograph beautifully and host smoothly. No loud music after 10 PM, no parties, hard cap of 35 guests. We are intentionally selective so the space stays beautiful for the next creator who walks through the door. Most of our bookings are repeat creatives, photographers booking back to back portrait sessions, brand teams flying in, and small dinners hosted by people who care about how a room feels.
