Step into a fully styled dual-suite studio designed for immediate production, housed within a historic Renaissance Revival building featuring marble hallways, grand staircases, and timeless architectural detail. A wealth of meticulously curated true vintage props and styled areas are built for cinematic photo shoots, sensual boudoir photography, editorials, music videos, and film productions. The richness and texture photograph magnificently on camera, while the weight and authenticity of each piece naturally transforms a model’s posture and presence on set. THE SUITES: The AFTER HOURS LOUNGE shape-shifts across four distinct looks — a moody Cuban cigar lounge, an intimate boudoir, a lavish living room, and an Old Hollywood speakeasy. Styled zones with authentic, vintage pieces let productions achieve multiple setups. Featured pieces include a clawfoot Victorian sofa, Hollywood Regency gilded artichoke lamps, a 1970s dimmable smoked glass chandelier, an Art Deco Chinese bar cabinet, designer barware, opera glasses, ashtrays, and an extensive collection of authentic vintage props and decor- not to mention a PRIVATE FIRE ESCAPE. The upright Essex for Steinway piano is recently tuned and awaits your music video. The PARAKEET SUITE draws inspiration from infamous Chateau Marmont, reimagined through warm salmon walls that glow at golden hour. Sunlight pours through open windows while a steady cross breeze flows through the space, creating natural movement for editorial and cinematic shoots. The room is grounded by an antique Art Deco rug adorned with richly detailed bird motifs, ideal for floor compositions and full-body fashion photography. A floral Victorian Eastlake chaise sits against a chinoiserie dressing screen, creating layered textures that photograph beautifully from multiple angles. A Hollywood Regency serving trolley is styled with crystal wine and champagne stemware, Limoges teacups, and French candlesticks, while dramatic damask feather-pattern drapery — sourced from a historic Boca Raton hotel — frames the room with an unmistakably decadent atmosphere. The suite was designed to feel sun-drenched, romantic, and slightly disheveled in the spirit of Old Hollywood interiors, making it ideal for editorials, boudoir, fashion campaigns, music videos, and narrative film work. The building has 24 hour security and cameras in hallways for a secure, controlled environment.
