A professionally directed space wraps you in art and artifacts of cryptic, eerie, esoteric mystical magic and mystery. Feel like you are underground in a secret supernatural voodoo trip. Ample parking available. Use the exterior courtyard for shooting and prep. Best of all, you get to pet the world’s coolest border collies! Camper available for makeup, dressing, production for a small additional fee. Adjacent to vast public lands including a world-famous golf course. This is a popular set, so please give us 48 hours notice prior to scouting. WE DO NOT REQUIRE PERMITS, so just book and come! READ THIS FIRST: You will need to have a non-claustrophobic cast and crew who are comfortable working in tight spaces. The main interior location is inside a long tall narrow black iron shipping container. The hundreds of production design items make this hallway even narrower. So only about 5 people max will want to be inside at a time. Outside, within the gated area around this shipping container, only about 15 people can comfortably work. The rest of the crew should operate outside the gated area in the parking lot. Also, being a shipping container, the air is stuffy. The value of the location is in the massive amount of spooky props and production design. It's not a flexible space. But if the pictures show exactly the woo-woo feeling you're looking for, you can get the cool, vibey SixthSense shots you want for a reasonable price.
