With approximately 3,500 square feet, 10+ foot ceilings, and an open, adaptable layout, the space is ideal for activities that require uninterrupted floor area, durability, and easy access. Originally designed for high-intensity training, wellness, and movement-based practices, the space retains a clean, minimal, industrial aesthetic that makes it highly adaptable for a wide range of uses.
