You'll get access to a 600 sqft open space perfect for backdrop photoshoots/videos or conceptual shoots needing a great creative space to work with. Wifi: — Extremely fast WIFI, Gigabit Internet with Bell The Space Includes: — NEW UPGRADE: Paper backdrop roller in White/Crimson/Gray — Couch and TV which can playback audio — Mirrors for styling and makeup — Blackout blinds to block off natural light — Washroom for changing/makeup — A/C Air Conditioning & Heating — Water bottles and Kettle included Equipment Available: (Please only use the equipment if you have experience in using them) — 2 x C-Stands — 2 x Godox Lights w/ Gels — Lights and various camera tripods — Backdrop Stands with Green/White/Blue Backdrops — Step Ladder — Folding Table Parking: — Free parking at the front of the building, maximum of 4 cars, all spots marked by #1 Note: — Please keep in mind, we also have a music studio which is separately booked. It does not conflict with the area but you may hear sound. If you have any concerns, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate. Koven and his team are the best! They were prompt and attentive to anything we needed prior to arrival and while in studio. The studio is clean and the perfect size for our project. The studio was able to accommodate 10+ pp with ease. Highly recommend & will book again!

Super clean environment and great space for photoshoots as well as stationary filming. It's also quite spacious! Tried looking for flaws but couldn't find any :)

Koven was a breeze to work with. The place was clean and ready for me, and he even got me RGB lights that was not agreed upon, which definitely made for a great add-on to my shoot. If you need a place that you can prop up yourself, this one’s my go-to. Was my first time renting from him, and definitely won’t be my last.
