Super clean environment and great space for photoshoots as well as stationary filming. It's also quite spacious! Tried looking for flaws but couldn't find any :)

Koven was a breeze to work with. The place was clean and ready for me, and he even got me RGB lights that was not agreed upon, which definitely made for a great add-on to my shoot. If you need a place that you can prop up yourself, this one’s my go-to.
Was my first time renting from him, and definitely won’t be my last.
