Open space for conferences, shoots, exhibits, roundtables, etc. Well lit with Sunlight coming in from 2 large windows, both with shutter doors to cover them, a very ornate element. Ceilings high enough to set up backdrops for shoots. There is storage space with shelves and closing doors for a clean slate, a private walk-in closet-like room for changing, or break area, hair-makeup or any prep work/ storage necessary for an event. Separate entrance to the unit & separate bathroom in the unit.
