Welcome to my Cape Cod-style bungalow in a neighboring suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. The space has been recently renovated to an open concept living, kitchen and dining area.
It boasts a large front picture window that allows for an abundance of natural light that is reflected off of the bright, neutral interior color pallet. The oak hardwood floors have also been recently refinished and match the luxury vinyl kitchen floors for a seamless transition into the kitchen.
The open concept, white kitchen is new and features an island, a peninsula that seats 4 and a glass door beverage fridge. The custom oak dining room table seats an additional four and lives in the adjacent dining room.
The main living area is decorated in neutral, wood, and leather mid-century modern furnishings. The living room is also home to a floating cabinet that holds a 70" flat screen TV.
The main floor bathroom has the original pink ceramic tile on the floor and half wall.
The backyard has a 20'x12' deck that extends from the rear, enclosed sun porch/mudroom which has ceramic tile floors and a sliding glass patio door. The backyard is enclosed by a 6' wooden fence.
The exterior of the house is vinyl siding with shutters that frame the windows in the front of the house. The red front door and concrete front steps and landing are protected by a matching metal awning.
