About the Space
Like the iconic city it's set in, this 3 bed/ 2 bath property perfectly captures the essence of the new south. Our open concept home is a beautiful little black and white bungalow set on top of a hill with a slightly winded driveway that pulls right up to our backyard deck. Your welcome to use the outdoor propane grill for any outdoor gathering or event. We are right off the newly reconstructed Atlanta Beltline that runs all through out the city. We are on the Northwest side of the trail. So come and enjoy our tastefully decorated cottage-style home with a cool, neutral interior color palate, with plenty of open space in the modernized kitchen and original dark wooden floors. We have a long driveway for parking, and we are minutes away from Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, West Midtown, Downtown, Top Golf, Westside provisions, and a short drive to the Airport.
