Floor to ceiling windows throughout the living spaces and a large skylight in the kitchen allows for significant levels of natural light. Custom, open kitchen with open sightlines to the rear patio/pool area. Bamboo flooring throughout the public living areas. Newly remodeled backyard and pool with spa and baja shelf. Second older patio area on the opposite side of the house with mature landscaping and shade. Floating front porch and steps with fountain and unobstructed view of the driveway, front yard and street. Unique, welcoming house that we would love to share!
