About the Space

40 acres completely flat and open land in New Mexico. Absolutely beautiful unbeatable views and endless possibility. This land will be turned into a solar farm within 3-5 years, once permits are pulled, and will remain as such for 20 years. This being the case, I have little attachment to what this land gets used for in the meantime. Feel free to build and create on the land as much or as little as you would need for your set! Use the whole 40 acres, or just some of it. It is essentially available for whatever you want (within reason). Let's talk.
