One Design Loft Studio

About the Space

Our one-of-one design loft is located in downtown Dallas and features a curation of art-centric furniture and objects, plastered walls, a Mediterranean arch, high ceilings, unparalleled skyline views, and huge panoramic windows that create the most beautiful direct and indirect light for creating your visuals. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom all were intentionally created to be shoot spaces, as well as to evoke the spirit of zen, wabi sabi, and minimalist design principles. This Northwest and Southwest facing corner unit loft is massive at 1650 square feet, and features architectural details such as concrete floors, columns, and historical windows. We also have stunning floor-to-ceiling off-white linen curtains that serve as a room divider to cover the kitchen area, and double as a textured seamless backdrop that can be opened or closed during shoots.
