We recently filmed a marketing promo for a movie currently in theaters at Robert’s apartment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was the perfect fit for our shoot, offering a lovely balance of quaint character and modern updates. The pricing is also hard to beat for the area so this is an excellent find for productions of different sizes and budgets. What made the experience especially positive was Robert himself. He was a pleasure to work with, incredibly accommodating of our production needs, and welcoming to our entire crew. Rob was great. Really appreciated him working with us, and kindly allowed our team plenty of time to view the space prior to booking to make sure if fit our needs. The outdoor space was great for us, and the neighbors were all quiet, we had zero sound issues. Rob was also just very supportive in general, which meant a lot. Naturally, if you are going to book here, I'd just recommend that you don't have a large crew and if you're shooting late make sure to remember that this is a space with neighbors. Big thanks Rob! Great place to shoot! The place was very clean and set up for everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and always there if we had questions or needed something. I would definitely book again.
