Max the owner was great as well as his staff. The only reason I gave one less star is there is a church next door that was having choir/worship band rehearsal and so our first hour audio was unusable. Maybe in the future before you book you should ask if there are any events scheduled during your shoot. The place was not soundproofed. Nor wiling to ask them to not play while we were shooting. So I would suggest to film in the middle of the night to avoid sound issues with their neighbors. That being said we did go over by an hour and a half because of this issue and the owner only charged us for 30 minutes vs 90. Great guy for doing that. But the sound and lack of communication/coordination with the neighbors for scheduling of your shoot can not only be problematic for your area audio recording needs but also might be distracting.

It’s a pretty good studio with multiple sets to choose from. The one tip I can say is to go in a night or two days before so you can plan what to do when you go in to shoot.
