About the Space

Amazing colonial home in Old San Juan Puerto Rico. Full residence, 18 ft ceilings, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and a rooftop from where the fort can be seen. The area dates back to the 1600's although the house was remodeled following the P.R Institute of culture guidelines in the early 80's. The colonial wall is original, it dates back to the mid 19th century and it is part of the interior patio. Only house in Old San Juan with a backyard and full grown tree (Flamboyant)in the middle. Decoration is modern-colonial.
