About the Space

Follow me @hmm.modern ! This boho, beachy apartment is located just one block from the ocean in Oceanside, CA. Warm and inviting exposed wood beams, bright picture windows, persian rug, boho wicker furniture. Adorned with hanging plants and gold accents. Groovy 70s green lamp. Homey cottage style kitchen with teak wood 2 leaf folding table. Decorated with vintage music posters, instruments, and skateboards. Some great original artwork pieces. Back patio area with chiminea and macrame fringe hammock. Ample street parking out front. Beach access nearby. Lots of great places for B-Roll around the neighborhood! I also have a 1986 dodge van available to rent for photoshoot use. I am also a vintage clothing seller clothing so I often have access to a wide range of cool vintage wardrobe if that is something you are interested in renting as well!
