The property has 7 bedrooms: Queen master bedroom, Queen bedroom, Full bedroom, Twin bedroom w/ 2 twins, Twin bedroom, Twin bedroom, Twin bedroom The property has 4.5 baths and two indoor showers (one in the master wing and one in the far bedroom wing), the other 2 full baths have very nice, large bath tubs. There is an outdoor shower which is fantastic during the warm summer months! *Rates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
