About the Space
San Clemente, CA in an empty neighborhood with plenty of parking. Only one side of the street has houses so there is plenty of privacy. Close to town to pick up food and drinks. We have a huge front yard that is fenced in with a huge skate half pipe and beautiful turf grass and a wall of tropical trees. The back balcony spans the entire house and has panoramic ocean views as if you’re on a ship. We have seating outside, trampoline and will soon have a huge outdoor sauna as well.

This location has beautiful interiors and wow what a view! It was nice to have the street element with the skateboard ramp in the front and then have the beach view on the patio in the back. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any needs we had. Would recommend!
