About the Space

This NYC style loft studio is a stunning penthouse loft with 20' windows and roof top patio showcasing the sweeping views of downtown Victoria and the Inner Harbour. At almost 1500 sq/ft this modern, architecturally impressive condo/studio is meticulously curated to fit all your creative dreams. With 23' foot ceilings throughout the space is ideally situated for amazing lighting through out the day. Particularly at sunrise & during the morning hours. This space is equipped with a full size operating gourmet kitchen with island & gas stove. The lofted master suite has a walk in closet, en-suite bath, dividing wall unit and access to the 300 sq/ft sundeck. Our space is unique in that it offers curated furnished areas while still allowing room for back drops and any other set up you may need to do. The aesthetic is jungle-industrial, a classic NYC Style loft studio filled with incredible natural light and plenty of indoor plants and art. The loft is set-up as work-live. We are a new studio in town. So we are currently open to collaborations depending on the project. Don't hesitate to message us for special rates. We are excited to see your art come to live !
