Two Luxurious Kitchens, 7 large bedrooms, Two Screened in Porches overlooking wooded area and creek, a Media Room Unique lighting features and so much more! A perfect backdrop for your commercial or home for your main character or friend. Close-by schools and parks and shopping areas are available for additional crew parking. Advertised rate is based on 30 people headcount, still photoshoot, low impact. For higher impact productions, please message for additional information.
