About the Space

A minimalist studio located on the Upper East Side and a two floor walk-up. My quaint apartment is spacious for NYC. The overall feel is simplicity, modern with a twist of coziness (think low lighting and candles). The Upper East Side is home to some of New York city's historic bars and restaurants plus Sex and the City and Gossip Girl filming locations. Decent sized kitchen and bathroom for NYC - very rare. It's a front facing apartment with a fire escape big enough to sit and stand. The room is very bright and separated by a hallway towards the entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The studio includes a loveseat sofa, small coffee table, dining space for two and a queen bed. Kitchen includes full dishes, pots and pans, utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, electric tea kettle and a French press for coffee and tea.
